1. We set a date to meet in person: At your home or office, or ours, or a location of your choosing - or online, at your preference.
2. The first round, we will complete as many details as possible on your passport application. We will give you a list of items to collect and people to contact. We will also book an appointment for your photos.
3. We will pick you up or meet you at the photographer best for you, to get your passport photos taken. At this time, you will have everything you need to collect the signatures you need.
4. We will schedule an appointment to visit the Passport Canada Office with you.
5. On the day of the appointment, we will pick you up or meet you, accompany you into the Office, and wait with you in line. NOTE: only at your request, will we speak to the Passport Officer. Your application will be submitted, and we will then return you home or to our meeting point.
6. Your passport will be mailed to you unless you pay the extra fee to pick it up in person (pick-up service): if we've arranged with you in advance for authorization, we will pickup your passport, and deliver it to you.
7. You are free to book your travel!

In-person & Delivery Services are Halifax area only - other areas can be arranged at additional travel cost. Please contact to discuss.

Fine print:

This is a paid administrative service fee.

This service allows you to include the cost of the passport itself at your option. Your payment is protected by the laws of Canada, under the jurisdiction of the Province of Nova Scotia. You will be provided receipts and records by our company Tropical Scotian (3326571 Nova Scotia Limited), and the payment processing companies, Lightspeed and/or Stripe, as well as your chosen method of payment (Visa/Mastercard/Interac).

GUARANTEES

The service includes passport application submission guaranteed, including payment of government collected fees if paid in advance, and if all of the steps are completed with your cooperation.

Your passport application will be submitted upon completion of the steps described.

• If you are not satisfied, you will be fully refunded 100%;
• However, if you, the client, do not complete the steps listed, you will be refunded everything less $28 (our non-refundable fee) and less payment processing fees, which are 30 cents plus 2.99% of each transaction.
• BONUS: If you book travel with Tropical Scotian within 1 year of your passport effective date, you will receive the equivalent that you've paid for this service in travel credit & upgrades (not including any government fees).

The current 10-year adult passport fee for Canadians living in Canada (age 16 and up) is $163.50 plus $20 pickup fee - any other fees payable in your situation will be paid by you directly to the Government, or by us on your behalf. Express fees include all fees applied by the Government of Canada: your passport can be obtained in as little as 24 hours if urgent. Please confirm fees with the Government of Canada.
